Refund policy
Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return: Contact us at modern.bride.hu@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and made-to-order dresses are non-refundable. As these are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on bespoke orders. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing or style.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at modern.bride.hu@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return your original order (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
Please note: A flat shipping fee of €45 will be deducted from your refund. This applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping, as outbound shipping costs are carried by us and are non-recoverable.
