Your questions, answered honestly
Everything we wish someone had told us — and you — from the start.
Orders & Timeline
Browse our collection and choose your dress. You can select a standard size from our size chart, or choose the custom-fit option, where the dress is made to your own measurements. At checkout, you enter your delivery details — your name, address, and a phone number for the courier — and then pay. Your payment is handled safely by a trusted international payment provider. Your card details are encrypted (kept private and protected) and are never shared with us. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
You will receive an order confirmation by email, with your order number and a summary of what you ordered. If you have chosen a custom-fit dress, we will then send you a detailed photo and video guide that shows exactly how to take your measurements at home. After that, your dress goes into production. Once your dress is finished, we will send you a photo of it before it ships, so you can see what is on its way to you. We then hand the parcel to FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number to follow it to your door.
Standard production takes 3–6 weeks. Once your dress is ready, we will send you a photo of the finished dress before it ships. Do you need it sooner? We offer faster production for an additional fee — please see our website for details.
We recommend ordering at least 5–6 months before your wedding date. This gives comfortable time for production, shipping, and any small alterations, without stress. If your date is closer, please contact us — faster production may be possible.
"Made to order" means your dress is sewn after you place your order, in the size and colour you choose. It has not been tried on or worn before. "Off the rack" means the dress is already made and ready to ship right away, but only in the sizes and colours that are in stock at that moment. Most of our dresses are made to order. We also have a small number of preloved dresses — dresses that were used only for photoshoots.
Made to order = freshly sewn just for you, but it needs production time.
We recommend planning for steaming or pressing the dress before the wedding, and for the right undergarments (the underwear worn under the dress). Alterations (small changes to the fit) are usually not needed, because our dresses are sewn by experienced seamstresses. But if you do need them, they usually cost about €100–300, depending on how complex the work is. We tell you this openly — these are normal, expected costs, not surprises.
We do not offer a try-on-at-home service, because all of our dresses are made to order. Each dress is sewn individually — either in a standard size (which can be returned under our return policy) or as a custom-fit dress based on your measurements (which cannot be returned). This way, you receive a fresh dress that no one else has worn.
Not sure about your size? Contact us — we are happy to help you find the right fit, or to suggest the custom-fit option.
No. We believe every bride deserves her dream dress, whatever her size. All of our wedding dresses are available up to EU 54 (US 22), with no extra fees.
Looking for a plus-size wedding dress with no extra charge? Get in touch — we will help you find the right style and guide you through sizing.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination country.
It depends on where your dress is delivered.
Inside the European Union: No. Your dress is sent from Budapest, Hungary, which is in the EU. When the delivery address is also in the EU, there are no customs fees or import taxes. The price you see is the final price. Shipping within the EU is free.
Outside the European Union: Your own country may charge an import tax or duty when the dress arrives. This charge comes from your country's government, not from us. We cannot predict the amount or remove it, because every country has its own rules. As the buyer, you are the importer, so this cost is paid by you.
The rules are different in every country, and some are very friendly to brides. Australia is a good example. In Australia, goods valued under AUD $1,000 enter the country with no customs duty and no import tax. Our dresses are well below this limit — a €500 dress is about AUD $830 — so an Australian bride usually pays nothing extra when her dress arrives.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Dresses are available in sizes EU 32–46 (US 0–14), or choose our custom-fit option and we will make the dress to your exact measurements.
Yes, custom changes may cost extra, depending on how complex the change is. If you have a specific wish, please contact us with the details. We will be happy to talk through what is possible and give you an exact price.
Yes, of course. Small changes are what make a dress feel truly yours. They let the dress match your own style. Tell us what you would like to change, and we will find the best way to make it happen.
All of our dresses are made to order. You can choose your production timeline — standard production time is included in the price, and faster production is available for an additional fee (usually around €100, depending on the dress). Please note that faster production takes about 20 days, and this is production time only — it does not include delivery. We also have a dedicated section of preloved dresses — dresses that were used only for photoshoots — which are ready to ship right away.
Standard-size and adjusted-size dresses can be returned under our return policy. Custom-fit dresses, and dresses with design changes, cannot be returned.
After you place your order, we will send you a detailed photo and video guide that shows how to take your measurements correctly. All you need is a soft measuring tape and someone to help you.
Tip: please ask someone to help you. Measuring yourself alone is much harder than it looks.
Always choose your size by your largest measurement. If your bust, waist, and hips fall into different sizes, choose the size of the biggest one. A seamstress (a person who alters clothes) can take a dress in (make it smaller), but a dress cannot be let out (made larger), because there is not enough spare fabric in the seams.
If you order a standard size: please measure yourself carefully and compare your measurements to our size chart. Choose your size by your real measurements, not by the size number you usually wear in shops — bridal sizes are often different. If you are not sure which size to pick, just ask us. We are always happy to help.
If you order a custom-fit dress: the dress is made to the measurements you send us, so those measurements need to be correct. We will give you a clear photo and video guide that shows how to measure, and we are glad to help if anything is unclear. Please remember to measure carefully, and ask someone to help you.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. A dress can be taken in (made smaller) if it is a little large, but it cannot be let out (made larger) — so the larger size is always the safer choice. Our dresses are available in sizes EU 32–46 (US 0–14), which covers a wide range of body types. If no standard size works for you, choose our custom-fit option and we will make the dress to your exact measurements.
This is one of the most common worries, and it is completely understandable. Our advice: order by your current measurements, not by the size you hope to be. A dress can be taken in (made smaller) by about one size if needed, but it generally cannot be let out (made larger) — there is simply not enough fabric in the seams to make it bigger. So if you are planning to lose weight before the wedding, still order by your current measurements. Taking a dress in is simple, but being left with a dress that cannot be made bigger is a problem with no good solution.
Dresses & Fabric
Our dresses come in four classic shades of white. Snow white is a bright white with a cool, slightly blue undertone. Off white — also called milky white or warm white — is a bright, soft shade with a gentle warm tone; it is used in about 95% of wedding dresses, across all brands and most of ours too. Ivory is a warm, creamy shade, a little deeper and softer than off white. Champagne has a soft golden or peachy tone, and it photographs with a warm, romantic look.
As a simple guide: cooler shades like snow white suit cool skin tones, while warmer shades like ivory and champagne flatter warm or olive skin tones — and off white is a soft, bright shade that suits almost everyone. If you are not sure which shade is right for you, contact us and we will gladly help.

Our four shades, from warmest to coolest: champagne, ivory, off white, snow white.
A fully lined dress has a second layer of fabric inside, from the top of the dress down to the hem (the bottom edge). This second layer means the dress does not itch, holds its shape better, and looks smoother on the body. Dresses without a lining often need shapewear (tight underwear that smooths the body) worn underneath. All of our dresses are fully lined. We tell you this because it is an important sign of quality, and many brides do not know to ask about it.
Every dress is made in Europe and sewn by experienced seamstresses. Our dresses are 100% handmade — each one is sewn individually, with attention and care, not made on a fast production line.
Because each dress is made by hand and to order, it is created for one bride at a time. We put real care into every dress we make, and we hope you feel that when you wear it.

The fabric is one of the biggest differences between a beautiful dress and a disappointing one. We work with high-quality fabrics, chosen for how they look, move, and feel:
Chiffon — light and soft, with a gentle flow. Beautiful for soft, romantic skirts and layers.
Satin and stretch satin, including silk satin on selected dresses — smooth fabrics with a soft shine. Stretch satin moves with your body for extra comfort, and silk satin is a natural, premium fabric with an especially soft, elegant finish.
Crepe — a fabric with a slight texture and a heavier, modern fall. It drapes close to the body in a clean, elegant way.
Taffeta — a crisp fabric that holds its shape well, beautiful for structured skirts and a fuller silhouette.
Tulle — fine net fabric, used for volume, soft layers, and veils.
Lace and finely textured fabrics — delicate fabrics that add detail, depth, and a romantic touch.
Satin lining — the inner layer of the dress (see "fully lined" above), which makes the dress comfortable against the skin and helps it hold its shape.
We choose each of these for a reason. Many cheap dresses sold online use thin, stiff fabrics that can look shiny in a bad way, feel rough, wrinkle easily, or hang without shape. High-quality fabric falls softly, holds its shape, photographs well, and feels comfortable for a long wedding day. When you see and touch one of our dresses, the difference is clear.

Every fabric we use photographs beautifully, but each in its own way.
Chiffon and tulle look light and airy in photos, and they catch the light beautifully outdoors. Satin, stretch satin, and silk satin photograph with a soft, elegant shine — silk satin especially has a gentle glow in natural light. Crepe gives a smooth, modern look with a clean shape, very flattering in close photos. Taffeta holds its shape well, so it looks full and structured in pictures. Lace adds texture that looks beautiful in every setting.
If you have a specific venue or photography style in mind, contact us — we are happy to advise on the best fabric.

Yes. As a team, we try to live in an eco-conscious way, and we are happy that our dresses are made for more than one day.
Many of our styles are modern and versatile. A dress is not only for the wedding day — it can be worn again for an anniversary, a party, a vow renewal, or another special occasion, also outside of wedding festivities. Some dresses can also be shortened or adjusted later by a seamstress, so the dress changes with you over the years.
We believe the most sustainable dress is one that is worn, loved, and kept — not bought once and then forgotten. That is the kind of dress we want to make for you.

This depends on the neckline and the back of your dress. A strapless dress needs a strapless bra, or built-in boning (thin stiff strips sewn in to give shape and support). A deep V or low neckline may need adhesive cups (stick-on cups worn instead of a bra). A low or open back usually needs a backless bra — or no bra, if the dress has built-in support. A corset back usually gives enough support to wear no bra at all. We are happy to advise once you have chosen your dress.
Buying Online
Yes, it is safe, if you choose the right shop. There are three common risks when buying a dress online. First, colours can look different on a screen than in real life. Second, it is easy to feel unsure about sizing. Third, some dishonest shops use stolen photos to sell fake dresses. We deal with all three. If you are unsure about a fabric, you can order one or several pieces of the real fabric from us for a small price, which mostly covers shipping — just contact us and we will arrange it. You are also welcome to visit our showroom by appointment to see and touch the dress in person. We also help you with sizing, and all our dresses are genuine. We can send you a live video of any dress too, on a hanger or on a model.
A warning sign: any shop that will not answer your sizing questions, or has no clear return policy.
A lower price does not mean a lower-quality dress. It means we work in a different way.
We are a small international team based in Budapest. We do not have a large boutique on an expensive shopping street. We work from a small showroom, which brides can visit by appointment. This keeps our costs low.
Our founder lived for many years in one of the world's major textile-producing countries. Because of this experience, we know where to find good-quality fabrics. It is not a secret discount. We simply know the right sources, after many years in the industry.
A boutique price also has to cover high shop rent, sales staff, and extra markups. We do not have these costs. So when you pay for one of our dresses, you pay for the dress itself: good fabrics, careful sewing, and the work of the people who make it.

Before we pack and send any dress, we check it carefully. We make sure there are no damages, and that the dress is made according to the measurements provided to us. We then take photos and videos of the finished dress. This is evidence for both you and us — it shows the exact condition of your dress at the moment it leaves our studio.
We'd love you to — it is one of the best ways to feel sure about an online shop.

Small fitting adjustments are completely normal — this is true for every wedding dress, whether it is bought online or in a boutique. Even brides who buy in a shop usually go back for two or three fittings, where a seamstress (a person who alters clothes) adjusts the dress to fit them exactly. These fittings are a normal part of the process, and they usually cost money too.
A body can also change a little between seasons, or in the months before the wedding. A local seamstress can easily take in a dress, or adjust small details, so it sits perfectly on your day. We recommend planning for this as part of your dress budget, the same way a boutique bride would.
Please note: a seamstress can make small changes, but a dress cannot be made larger than its size allows. This is why it is important to order the correct size from the start.
If the fit problem is larger than a small adjustment, what happens next depends on the type of dress. A custom-measurement dress is made only for you, so it cannot be returned or exchanged — a local seamstress is the right way to adjust it. A standard-size dress can be exchanged for a different size if that size is in stock. If it is not in stock, we will need to produce it, which takes the normal production time. We always try to be as fast as we can, but please remember that making or shipping a dress still takes time. For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering early and choosing your size carefully, so there is enough time before your wedding.

Travel & Care
Yes — our dresses are very compact and light, so you can easily fit yours into your hand luggage. Most dresses travel well as carry-on luggage if they are folded carefully inside a garment bag. Many airlines allow wedding dresses in the overhead bin, but call ahead to confirm. Fold the dress loosely, do not press it tightly. When you arrive, hang it in a steamy bathroom for 20–30 minutes to release wrinkles, or use a handheld steamer on a low setting.
Try not to put your dress in checked luggage if you can avoid it.
Have it professionally cleaned within a few weeks of the wedding — stains set over time and become very hard to remove. After cleaning, store it in an acid-free box (a special box that does not damage fabric) or a breathable garment bag, away from direct light and damp air. Avoid plastic bags, because they can make the fabric turn yellow over time.
